The property aspect evolved from the need to hedge and protect our trading investments. Whilst our Traders deploy hedging techniques using derivatives to ensure our activities are protected in the event of market 'surprises', we have been engaging in building a property portfolio since 2005.
Our property portfolio, currently valued at several million pounds has been acquired over several years, creating a steady residual income for the business along with prospects of capital growth. Our Property Consultants are actively seeking properties to add to the company portfolio.
